Refund policy

Right of withdrawal If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item of your order. Weekends and public holidays are included in this period.

Go to your Orders, select the relevant order, and follow the steps to submit a return or cancellation request.

Returning items After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the items without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us. Shipping of returns is the responsibility of customers, they must pay and organize this process themselves.

Refunds Once we receive and process your return, we will refund the full order amount — including standard outbound shipping costs — without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned items. Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility and will not be taken care of by Sunku Studio.

Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.
